hehe didnt you get that from me?. That recording with him and some unknown MC from around 96. I might of made a copy for Pete?
But yea that set is wicked. The Metalheadz promotional crew came to Toronto once, my sister was friends with them back when she worked for MTV Europe. So they came to Toronto and we went out for drinks, met Gus, Dego, Meridith (i think that was her name) they gave me two demo tapes, cause they knew i was into drum'n bass, and ran Syrous. We didnt talk business while they were here, they were just here on a srtop over i think. Those 2 tapes were unreleased i think, not sure cause the copies i got were like Maxel type shit with a white tape sleeve, promo styles. Anyways, it was a Doc Scott and a J Majik recording, both from the Bluenote 96. I should put that Doc Scott one online. wicked choons. |
