Hehe I'm glad you liked it. I know we all had a ton of fun decorating it it was the first time I was that involved with a rave. I have pics of the venue 2 days before the party that we took to get ideas for decorating, will try to dig them up if anyone is interested. I have my Happy Face shirts from that night too still, I have worn them raged....lol. I also remember the food coming in in the morning and I'm not sure if someone arranged that or if he just came on his own. My memory wants to say the latter. Will ask around

This one is my favourite. I took it to show the colours on the wall which were there when we came in.....also if you remember the walls didnt seem to come to an angle in this area they were rounded.....as you can see in the picture my daughter was having fun climbing the wall.....lol

Ok, it's only taken me what? 2 years to get around to posting the t-shirt
There were 2 types of shirts made for this party the fronts were both the same from what I can recall. And the back. Mine said "I got spun at....." and the DJ's got one that said "I spun at....." You can see how worn it is as the transfer has changed colour and is not invisible anymore! |

Those pics totally gave me flashbacks! LOL! thnx for posting 'em! I forgot that the walls were rounded in some places! This was really another one of my all time favourites. Such a good time, great vibe. The giant nitrous balloons on the dance floor... I think I was full on making out w/ my balloon... I remember when I got outside in the morning, into the light, the balloon was very sad looking and shredded from my chewing session. I also think the bathrooms were single hitters?? b/c I think I remember getting stuck in one, and then at one point I think the sink actually fell off the wall b/c too many people were sitting on it... oh man |

where was this warehouse located? dear lord good question.. it was like south of Adelaide it could've been further south past King st... It was either Bathurst or Spadina.. I remember taking the Queen St. street car there. I know we hopped a ride home. If I was driving around there I could drive you there by visual memory of what it looked like. But it wasn't a venue that I had ever been to before, nor do I remember going there again. |
